Omega Senior Living is a third-party management company for senior living communities. They currently manage nine communities with an eighth community coming on later this year.
I currently handle their website management, social media management and content creation, as well as, sales collateral creation. I use mainly Canva with support from Getty Images and Adobe Suite Products.

Covid-19 Vaccine Flyer
At AccuWeather I worked in their business to business division. My main focus was to produce sales collateral, email marketing management, and webinar production. We used Marketo for our Email marketing where I learned HTML coding and then I helped manage the switch to HubSpot. We were producing on average an email a day with the first focus was daily emails for lead gen. We would target companies by state that were going to be affected by an upcoming storm and have them demo our business platform during and after the storm. Our second focus was our event emails for things like webinars. Within six months of taking over the webinar production, I increased webinar registrants by 400%, increased attendance by 300%, and webinar lead generation by 57%.

I worked with both presenters to find out what they would be presenting and then creating a presentation to use. A lot of my time was focused on taking very in-depth information from the two very analytical meteorologists and transforming it into bite-size pieces that the everyday consumer could gain knowledge from. The two meteorologists also had very different presentation styles and I had to work on merging their parts into one seamless webinar.
The Hays Daily News is a newspaper that serves western Kansas. The Daily News is published every day except Saturday. In 2011, the paper reported a circulation of 9,644 subscribers.
While at HDN I was an account manager and responsible for establishing new business, developing current business relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction with 400+ business clients. I also helped design print ads and digital products for clients in every vertical. HDN was my first advertising/sales position and is where I developed a diligent work ethic, to be dependable and represent HDN in a professional manner using excellent communication skills: listening, written communication, presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Big Creek Crossing Grand Opening Insert
The local Mall was undergoing a big renovation. I worked with the property managers on creating an insert to showcase the changes and promote the current stores. I gather all the pieces, photos, store ads and created a rough draft that I then handed over to our in-house graphic designer.
